Our Story
Lettings Ninja was created by Ashley Rigg, after building and scaling Bristol Property Partnership (BPP) into Bristol’s market-leading letting agency for room lets.
Established in 2012 with his partner Nick Josling, BPP grew at first through word of mouth and referrals. The big change came we begun utilizing Facebook (and later Google and a great CRM system) to build a repeatable HMO landlord acquisition system.
We made mistakes and wasted time along the way but the result was a system that attracted and converted the right HMO landlords.
Rather than keeping it in-house, Ashley decided to adapt the same methods for HMO letting agents across the UK, providing clients with a done-for-you landlord acquisition systems without the years of trial and error.
About Ashley
As well as being the co-founder of Bristol's market leading HMO management agency, Ashley is the largest investor in PropTech superstars Made Snappy 360 and Gluedog.ai.
He helped lead Made Snappy's pivot to achieve market fit in the UK estate agency market as well as helping to build out the sales and marketing channels to achieve consistent cash-flow positive growth.
Ashley has two teenage boys and is passionate about helping younger people achive their dreams in business.
He has over 25 years leadership and marketing experience in different industries and markets and is a qualified business coach.
